1989 Pontiac Firebird won't start

Engine Performance problem
1989 Pontiac Firebird V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a 1989 pontiac firebird with a 305 v8 engine. I just rebuilt it and had it running kinda rough but running. I was in the process of finishing with all of the hoses and tuning it up when I tried to start after about a day of not running and now it won't start, turns over and sounds like it wants to start but won't. I feel doun around the exhaust and cylinders 1,3,5,7 are warm but cylinders 2,4,6,8 are stone cold like they are not firing. Any suggestions.

Determine if its fuel or spark problem do below

Get a helper disconnect a sparkplug wire or 2 and ground it to the engine -have helper crank engine over-do you have a snapping blue spark? If so-you have a fuel related problem, check the fuel pressure to rule out the fuel filter/fuel pump/pressure regulator and listen to the injector/s are they pulsing or hook up a noid light. No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil packs,coil's resistances,distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, cam and crank sensors- Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it
