Starting problem 2000 boneville

I have a pontiac boneville and I ran out of gas in it and still tryed to start it. I put gas in and it still wont start. It has 92000 miles. Also the fuel pump fuse blew and I replaced it and now it still wont start. Any ideas?

Sounds like the pump is burned up. They really dont like being run dry.
