The Mixture Control Solenoid continuously runs just as you turn the ignition switch on but do not crank the engine. This floods the engine. The 2 sec cutout does not engage and the 4 lbs oil pressure limit does not work either. Any ideas/remedies will be surely appreciated.

Mixture solenoid can not flood the engine, try looking as the float level, as far as the oil pressure cut off not working, try unplugging the connector and see if the engine will not run, if not replace the oil pressure sender.
