2002 Pontiac Bonneville my car stalls

my car starts fine i'll be driving and it stalls it will start right back up with no problem it will start to lose power then it will die it will not start back up if i'm on an incline though any suggestions i don't have the money to keep tring ideas its not the battery or altinator i had them checked

Actually, this sounds fuel related. When it won't start, I need you to check fuel pump pressure. Here is a how to:

If you need a pressure gauge, most parts stores will lend or rent them.
