WHILE I WAS DRIVING I HEARD SOMETHING SNAP AND THEN I HAD NO STEERING AT ALL MY STEERING WHEEL JUST SPINS WE HA TO TURN THE WHEELS WITH OUR HANDS TO GET AROUND THE CURB

Check your power steering fluid level any also for leaks. No fluid = jacked up steering system. Also check the end of your steering column in the engine compartment. Make sure that it didn't somehow come free/break from the steering rack. Lastly, check your tie-rods and make sure they're still connecting the steering rack to the steering knuckle.
