My dad took my car to get an oil change and gradually after that my car stopped working. At first when I would crank it, it would make a beeping noise and not crank up, then gradually it stopped making that noise when cranking. My dad put in a new battery and he even did the starter trick and it still didn't crank up. Some people say it could be the ignition switch but I dont know what do you think?

Hi, First Is The Security Light On? OR Has It Been Staying On After The Engine Was Running Prior To This?If No, Then Have Your Dad Get A Test Light, Put the Alligator Clip Of The test Light To Ground, Or Metal Part Of Car, Go To The Starter, The Smaller Wire On The Starter Should Light, As Someone Is Cranking The Engine. If It Lights And Starter Makes no Sound Then Starter Is Bad, And Needs to Be Replaced.

Hope This Helps You,
Good Luck
