1995 Pontiac Bonneville SLUGGISH AND POPPING

I have a 1995 pontiac bonneville with a 1997 bonneville motor. I notice that when I am driving it it will miss and when I stop and start it has a hard time picking up speed lose of power. Could this be my igition coil I have already replaced the fuel filter and the fuel pump. Help please!

Inspect and test all the following listed below

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
False air leakage.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.

Note:If it doesn't apply disregard.
