Noise location around the belt tensioner and water pump.

when start car you hear the noise, shutting car off you hear noise, increaseing RPM, s noise goes away. Once engine warms up clicking or clacking increases. Sounds like bearings going out somewhere. I have used a hose to try to pinpoint noise, no luck. Checked around power steering pump, air condition, etc.

I have replaced tensioner, water pump, loose radiator hose, thermostat, don't know what else to do

I would go to your local parts store and buy an automotive stethescope this will help alot. Now you will need to try to listen to the alt. The power steering pump the A?C unit and the idler pulley and so on. With the stethescope you should be able to pin the noise down.
