Hi there,

there a few ways to remove tight harmonic balancer bolts, but the safest way is to remove either the flywheel lower cover or the starter motor and lock the flex plate with a large lever, with the motor (locked up) you should be able to undo the bolt with a suitable socket and breaker bar.
