I have had my battery tested, alternator, and starter. All seem to be good but my car want start or even say anything when i turn the key. what could possibly be the problem?

Have a helper turn the key to the start position while you check for voltage to the smaller wire on the starter. You should be getting 12+ volts. If you're not, then I would move to the starter relay to check for power then to the ignition switch.
