1994 Pontiac Bonneville wont crank

This car was hit in the front end, it was drove too my house, I put anew front end on it, it has dash lights and everything works but when I turn the tumbler I get nothing, ive checked all the fuses and relays, ive replaced the starter, icant here the fuel pump running either, I did remove the battery when I welded the new front end on also, is there a fusable link somewhere that I ive missed? This car has got me dumbfounded!
