Check for loose or corroded battery connections. Change your starter relay. Try putting +12v directly on the starter, does it crank?

Do the warning lights come on when the key is turned to the on position?

I would like you to try a new starter relay since its relatively cheap and easy to replace and seems like youve replaced everything else for the starter.

Lets work on the no crank issue first.

Yes the security light has came on and been on since this has happened. The service engine soon light has been on since I have bought the car and that was feb of last year. My step-dad is the one who is working on the car and he says he thinks it may have something to do with the wiring or something could this be the issue?

Sounds like it has to do with the theft system, Id suggest you have it towed into the dealership and get the security system disarmed or reset unless you know how to do it yourself. I am not familiar enough with pontiac's, sorry but I am positive it is in the theft system.
