2002 Pontiac Aztek noisey valves at start up

The lifters are noisy when I start the car for a couple of minutes, then quiets down. What should I do to repair it?

Try to use the correct oil
I think it ask for 5w30
the use of syntactic oil is plus

There is a product called engine honey that is added when you change your oil that has a thicker consistancy and sticks to your upper motor parts so starts are easier on the motor
