Hello

Have you checked your coolant fluid level?

Also check the two heater hoses going into the firewall if your coolant level is okay and let me know if they are both hot or one is and one not.

Does the temp gauge also go down?

Hello

Make sure if you need to service it with coolant you do it at operating temperature (be careful removing the cap) and turn the heater on high to service.

Let me know what you find out
