my wifes azteks heater isn't blowing, the heat works but not blowing is it a fuse or something else

It could be a fuse, and I recommend checking that first. However, if the fuse is good, you need to check for power to the motor to determine if it's bad. The motor is under the dash behind the glovebox area. Let me know what you find.
