The PCM is where the above poster stated. The BCM is inside the vehicle, "underneath" the radio/climate control cluster and is mounted to the top of the fuse block. To replace it, you must remove the radio and shifter trim covers, cup holders, trim on both sides of center console, unplug the wiring blocks from the fuse block and remove the fuse block. Autozone. Com has great instructions for this repair, they were spot-on! Make sure you retrieve all settings from the old BCM first. Install the new BCM, but do not start the car until you have programmed the new BCM.
