Windshield Wiper

Hello Bob & Ken,
We have a 1997 Plymouth Voyager with 178,965 mileage, 3.0L Engine.
The wiper works only when I use the windshield washer and it'll stop. But when I turn on the wiper control (intermittent, lo or high), wipers don't move at all.
My rear wiper is working!
What's causing this problem? What parts and repair/s do I need?

I had a similar problem on my voyager.
I replaced the wiper relay and it worked ok.

You could try and swap over the relays in the power management unit (in the engine compartment) check the part number to make sure they are the same.
