Hello

Code P1391 indicates Intermittent Loss of CMP(Cam Position Sensor) or CKP(Crank Position Sensor). Since it is an intermitent problem it won't give the exact code till the sensor fails. I would suggest replacing them both. Only so that you are not left sitting on the side of the road when the sensor does finally fail.
