My van recently overheated due to a bad water heater. It has been replaced the car was driven about 2 mile before the oil light came on and started beeeping continuiously. I check the oil level it was good. But I could smell oil burning and see a small amount of smoke from the burning. I also heard a ticking noise after the oil light came on. Could theis be the oil pump or the oil sending unit? NOT REAL SURE WHAT IT COULD BE.
Thank You
