Aternator tested fine, where is the voltage regulator?

The voltage regulator circuitry, if you want to word it that way, is in the pcm.

There should be three wires going to the alternator. One is the bat terminal, should be hot all the time, use a test lite, if it isn't hot, you may have a bad fusible link?

The other two should be for the alternator field terminal, B+ and ground. Will the vehicle start and run? Can you check for codes?
