My radiator fans kept running so I would have to unplug them to keep running down the battery, now they won't run at all. I was told that it was a relay so I replaced that and the fans still won't run. What could be the cause of that? I don't have the money to take it to the shop.

well first unplug the power harness and make sure that it is getting power, and then I would check/replace the engine coolant temperature sensor, also check and see if they come on when you turn your a/c on or when you put the defroster on, if so at least you can turn either one on to keep it from over heating in an emergency ,just until you can fix your problem. If it does not come on when you turn either of those two things on, then it looks like your not getting any power, check it out and let me know

The harness could just simply be loose too, so check these things out and write back with your findings
