1998 Plymouth Voyager Belt keeps slipping off when it's rai

1998 Plymouth Voyager 6 cyl Automatic 211000 miles

Had pulley replaced, but it still sips off. Why?

A serpentine belt depends on all the pulleys being in line to run right. Usually you can see the pulley that is causing your problem. You probably have an idler or tensioner pulley w/a bad bearing.
