1998 plymouth grand voyager smoking

I have a 1998 Plymouth Grand Voyager with a 3.0. I recently change the plugs & wires for the first time at 130,000 miles. (shame on me!) The van of course runs much better now. However, it still smokes when it is crsnked up. What should I do next?
