My van will not start the first few times that I try to start it but will start after 3-6 times?

I believe you have a bad fuel pressure check valve or fuel pressure regulator. Take the vaccum line off of the regulator, if theres fuel in it replace it.

Will car fire right up if you use starting fluid?
