I've checked the bulb in the rear, also the third brake lite has 3 12 volt 921 bulbs I replaced. I checked the fuse box under the dash, and I checked the fuses and relays in the engine compartment. I also checked the brake switch mechanical operation, I didnt check for current at the brake lite switch on the pedal I didnt want to short anything out and deploy the air bags. I'm stumped.

You will need to test the brake lamp switch. This is the most likely cause for this problem.
