I JUST BOUGHT A 1996 PLYMOUTH GRAND VOYAGER AND DID A OIL CHANGE AND REPLACED PLUGS AND WIRES AND AIR FILTER. IM ONLY GETTING ABOUT 11MPG. NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON. NOBODY CAN TELL ME WHY. ALSO MY OWNERS MAN SAYS IT HAS A 20 GAL TANK BUT WHEN THE GAS HAND IS ON E I FILL UP IT ONLY TAKES AT THE MAX 14 GAL.

your gauge may be reading inaccurate or you may have a replacement tank on the vehicle. faulty oxygen sensors and clogged cat. converter can cause poor fuel mileage and are often overlooked.
