1996 Plymouth Voyager Fan for heater/defrost/AC not working

The fan for the heater, defrost & A/C does not come on. Heat works, A/C does needs recharge. Fan worked while A/C needed service. Will a fuse help, or is this electrical problem, or A/C service needed to get fan back on?
