check engine light has been ramdomly coming on and going off. it is now blinking. the van is running good. what should i check

if the check engine l;ight is blinking then the truck is not running good. a blinking check engine light means there is a engine skip thaqt is so bad it will cause catalytic converter to fail if you keep driving it. check plugs and wires.
