I would like to replace the fuel pump because it is very noisy . It was replaced 30000 miles ago by previous owner. Is there a template available to show me where to cut through the floor so I can change the pump without dropping the tank?

First, get a Haynes manual on the particular year for that model.

Second, you may have to drop the tank as I did with my 1990 Voyager. Drain gas, NO SMOKING, the fuel pump is not hard to replace. Cost maybe about $100 and pick up extra fuel line and clamps. Also, there may be a separate filter that attaches to the pump itself.
