1993 Plymouth Sundance car just stopped. Code 35

1993 Plymouth Sundance 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive

i was driving to store. Car drove perfect, I pulled to a stop sign and it just died. It would try to start back up but wouldnt. The check engine code was 35. Could anyone tell me what that code is?

Open or short in radiator fan relay circuit, code 35. The picture has a location of relay, underhood driver-side fender lining. Might be an old code, does the fan ever run?
