Why does car make worring noise when over 35mph? Fix?

Plymouth 2000, 62K miles. Everything are normal except unusual noise from engine like short of oil or water when driving but not when parking with motor running. No pipe is broken, all nuts and bolts are secure, engine is full power with good speed, new oil change W30, no pipe smoking. Transmission oil is still has 20K miles to go before replacement schedule. Will W50 oil or new transmission oil change or ignition time adjustment help?

This may not be an engine noise?

Does the noise change if you slightly turn to the left or to the right?

Run your hand around the tires in the same direction of the tread. IS it smooth or choppy or wavy?

very good tire, lubricated shocks, smooth and quiet steering, only sound like more air coming out the pipe of a race engine! or very low quality oil engine's vibration although it's new syntec W30, so I think it must come from engine. The Breeze DOHC usually sound breeze wistling when accelerating over 40 mph.
