I have a 1986 plymouth caravell se with 100,000 miles on it. It has a 2.5l engine andan automatic transmission. It has been sitting for 2 years and we just tried to run it we put a brand new battery in it, she starts but won't go. My father blew the gas line and you could hear bubbles in the gas tank so we're guessing the line is clear, what else could it be. Thanks for your help.

I am no mechanic, but I have just recently purchased an 86 plymouth carravelle that was sitting for a year and a half that had the same problem. It had two problems keeping it from moving the first was lack of transmission fluid due to a leak, and the other was a locked up brake caliper due to a busted brakeline. Just thought I would put that out there, same car, same problem, might be the same solution. :)
