1998 Plymouth Other Repair Question

Voyenger 3.3 150,000 miles
The fans on my van will not come on, we have replaced the fan relay, temp sensor, fan relay circuit, We hot wired the fan and they kick on, what else could I check? could it be the power control module and where is it?

I solved the problem!!!!! If anyone is having this problem & nothing works check your Freon, I had mine checked and put some in, took the cable off battery to turn engine light off, put cable back on & started the van, turned air on and the light never came back on!!!!!
