1959 Plymouth Other Repair Question

1959 Other Plymouth Models heater blower motor
its actually about a 1949 ply woodie wagon that was 6 volt Positive ground now a 12 v negative ground. I need to replace the 2 exissting motors -heater.defroster- with new ones and would like to make them variable speed, any help out there for me?

Hi:
We don't have any infor on this year car. What I recommend is checking out a book store. See if they can order manuals for your car. Chances are they can.
