Electrical problem
1998 Plymouth Neon 4 cyl

98 plymouth neon started with service light came on diagnostic test showed' fuel to rich or to low' I beleive, this was 6 months ago but it led me to believe something was wrong with the fuel pump then fuel pump fuse blew now when replaced fuel pump but when you turn key fuse still blows. I cant find any problems with wiring. What other avenues should I take? Thank you

Hello, if that is 20 amp fuse that blows. That fuse circuit also supplies the load side of the asd relay as well as the fuel pump. The asd relay supplies voltage to the ignition coils--fuel injector/s-- 02 heater circuits. Any of those components could blow the fuse. If you retrieved a code, what was the actual code.

You might unplug the 02 sensors, see if the fuse still blows? You got to start somewhere. I guess you could use a circuit breaker on that circuit to keep from blowing all your fuses.
