How can I up my performance without spending a fortune 2.0 non turbo id like it to b turbo but I need to find a cheap kit strapped for cash

There are no cheap options here, you must do it right or pay the penalty with failed cheap components and possible engine damage as well.

So expensive it is throw me some ideas I want as much power as I can get w/o using NOS I dont want artificial power lol

Options,

Cold air intake, headers, head work including larger valves, matched porting and matched tuned headers, high compression pistons, different cam grind profiles, balanced engine, ECU chip upgrades, turbo, weight reduction work, this will all cost money and if it blows up due to stress fatigue, even after a week or so there is often no warranty as the engine is non standard and not really suited to any internal modifications, it is a case of "Caveat emptor"
