Loud rubbing noise when turning

My car is a Plymouth, Breeze, 1998 with about 93000 miles on it. When I go straight it is fine, when I turn it makes this horrible rubbing noise. Any ideas?

Power steering fluid/ power steering belt/ power steering pump.

If the fluid is low fill it up try it again, if they belt has play or is warn down and has cracks on it bring it in to get it replaced.

Elimate the simple things first, low tire pressure, have the grease fittings checked out, then move up from there
