1999 Plymouth Breeze All Wheel Drive

Hi I am currently a student in Olivet Mi, it has really been below 0 very cold. I didn't have much gas so i went out to start my car it would not start it sounded like it was out of gas...so we gave it a battery charge with the cables and added more gas. Now it sounds like it wants to start, my other problem is that my alarm is hooked up to my battery and i think that is draining it to but if the boost want work or the extra gas what could it be..some say fuel pump.

Hi:
You need to check to see if there is spark to the plugs and fuel to the engine. One will most likely be missing. If it is fuel, start with the fuel filter. Then move to the fuel pump if the filter is good. Check for power to the pump. If there is power and the pump isn't kicking, replace the pump.
