Hi ,iv having difficulty's starting my Breeze it's been garage kept for about a year now and it's got a fresh battery but it's not turning over.

I hear this strange buzz coming from the engine when turning the key. Checked the fuses the brights work but no turn over.

The battery has been sitting for some time to but it took the charge

Some of my fuses are gone ,i have the fuse manual cap but this has not stopped it from starting before unless i play with them or they blow which is not the case.

If its cranking over and will not start check if its fuel or spark problem-Do below

Lets do below for a start to determine if its fuel or spark related issue and get back with some results

Get a helper disconnect a sparkplug wire or 2 and ground it to the engine atleast 3/16 away from ground-have helper crank engine over-do you have a snapping blue spark? If so-you have a fuel related problem, check the fuel pressure to rule out the fuel filter/fuel pump/pressure regulator and listen to the injector/s are they pulsing or hook up a noid light. No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil packs, coil's resistances, cap and rotor, distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, cam and crank sensors and computer Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it

How do i manually turn over the engine ,i would have to do this under the car ,i do have good jacks and wood blocks.

Where is a connection located where i can turn it over?

Can i use a large wrench , adjustable wrench ,i have large one's.

How can i tell if it's the starter ,i don't know where it's located of what it looks like.

I will need to know how to turn it over to do the thing with the spark plug.

Okay I misunderstood you-find the starter and short out the battery terminal on it to the small purple wire terminal with a screwdriver -did it crank over?
