Brakes problem
1967 Plymouth Barracuda V8 Two Wheel Drive Manual 67000 miles

My 67 Barracuda has drum brakes all around and I would like to upgrade them to disc. My question is, when they say the drums must be 10" diameter. How do I confirm this measurement? Is it ID or OD of drum
