2001 Peugeot 206 lack of power when AC is on

My peugeot 206 has lack of power when ac is on and jerks when shifting from 1st to 2nd gear, and sometimes when on neutral or on parking the snowflake and sport lights on the dashboard flashes alternately.

From the description of the symptoms, the blinking lights are the warning indicators and the appropriate scanner is required to retrieve the trouble code to understand what has malfunctioned.
