I have a 51 plate peugeot 106 independence with manual windows. Here is my problem...

The drivers side window of my car is broken in a way that when i wind down the window instead of it coming down inside the grove of the door its going down at an angle. As it winds down i can see a small hole in the top right hand corner, could this mean something has snapped meaning the window is not held in place any more?

If so is it easy to replace? If it helps we do have a spare 106 which is being stored for spares.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated
