Electrical problem
2000 Peugeot 106 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 7400 miles

hi guys i parked up my 106 last night everything was fine. came to it this morning started the car but 2 seconds later everything went wild. there is loads of ticking coming from the fuse box inside the car also under the bonnet also the clocks and all the dials are jumping around and the all the lights are flicking on and of. iv had the clocks out and checked all over the car for a short but couldnt find anything also checked all fuses and relys any help would be very greatful thanks allan.
ps all the relys are opening and closing rapidly all this only happens when the car is running
