The issue that I am having is the passenger brake light does not light up when the brake pedal is depressed. The driver side brake light does light up as well as the third high mounted brake light, when the brake is depressed. Although both the driver and passenger brake lights as well as the turn signals work when they are turned on manually. If you could help me I would appreciate it.

Most of the time it is just the bulb but those lights have individual fuses also.

Thank you for your response but the bulb still works. It turns on when I manually turn my headlights on. However, it does not brighten up when I depress on the brake.

It is still probably a bulb problem. It is likely a two filament bulb.
