Hello, I’m having problems shifting and when I try to accelerate it’s super delayed. Scanned for codes and I got a p0750 code. Can someone help me find out which solenoid is Solenoid A?

The P0750 code is a diagnostic trouble code (DTC) that indicates a problem with the Shift Solenoid "A" circuit in an automatic transmission. The Shift Solenoid "A" is responsible for controlling the flow of transmission fluid to engage the appropriate gear for the current driving condition. They recommend you replace the valve body with a rebuilt unit which you can find by searching eBay. Please check out how to change the valve body out in the images below. Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

Also, here is what the scanner says, would the valve body still need to be replaced? Or just a solenoid?

For a new valve body, it is:

Valve Body 317058Y001 $1277.70

But you can get a rebuilt unit for less by searching google or eBay.

Valve Body 2.4 hours @ the shop rate.

Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
