I am still getting a P0303 code. I have replaced the intake and exhaust manifold gaskets, replaced the plug wires and plugs. And just recently ran some injector cleaner to see if it made a difference. Still runs rough, but not bad on freeway.

Misfire codes are hard to diagnose have a local mechanic scan it and freeze frame it so he can read voltages and see which sensor if any is messing up. Also check compression.
