Codes P0017, P0756 and P2769?

Trying to fix these error codes. My truck is slow to accelerate as if there's no first gear. Then it finally picks up speed. Two weeks later and now it won't even go into gear only park, reverse and neutral. It drives fast in reverse. I put in a new MAP sensor, new MAF sensor, new cam shaft position Actuator, new transmission oil filter, and new oil filter. What can I do next? Thanks for your help!

P0017 the crankshaft and camshaft position sensor for bank 1 exhaust camshaft do not correlate signals with each other.

P0756 the vehicle's PCM sensed an irregularity in shift solenoid B

P2769 The Torque Converter Lockup clutch is not working.

P0123 Throttle Pedal Position Sensor Switch (TPS) A Circuit High Input
