I got this car given to me and it didn't run at all. The lady said the diagnostics said something about the timing. I took apart and inspected timing chain to find the guides were broke. I replaced the guides and chain and made sure to line the mark's up. After it was all back together it started right up. I'm still getting a p0016 error code and there is no power when the gas is pushed. It will drive but not up hills or anything. I am now at a loss at what could be the issue.

Hi,

The code is related to a correlation issue between the crankshaft and the camshaft. If you are certain the timing was correct, take a look through the attached diagnostics for this code.

Take a look through the diagnostics and let me know if it is something you feel comfortable doing.

Take care,

Joe
