After market HALO Projector Headlights are overloading the fuse and I cannot find any wiring damage on the headlights. What should I be looking for, how should I go about resolving the problem

Did you have instructions with the after-market lamps? If not maybe the manufacturer has a web side? Was it a direct hook-up, or did you have to do some wiring? What is the amp rating of the fuse that is blowing?
