Other causes for powertrain control module 2 mil illumination requested fault code?

This is the second time I've had the vehicle replace rear sensor in the back fine for 8 months now I have that fault code and is not going away even though I've replaced the sensor not sure what the other reasons would be any help would be great thanks.

Which vehicle replace rear sensor are you talking about, also what are the code numbers?

The backup sensors that are in the bumper there's four.

It wouldn't go away no illumination too light code anyways I've cleared it or got rid of it not via scanner unhook the battery for a little while went away and never came back.
